Currently I am part of the management team for ComTrans, Oregon. I have found a way to combine my passion for helping others with my experience in Social Media marketing, to build our team of drivers from 3 to 47 in less than a year. The development plan was for a total of 20 vehicles and driver's the first year. The team I am on have far exceeded expectations. My strongest contribution to this project was my ability to use social media to recruit and retain quality drivers. I also have a strong background in accounting, billing and product management.
