Responsible for the strategy, design, development, coordination and delivery of employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and keep retention rates low compared to industry benchmarks. • Drive the successful implementation of all Austin employee events including weekly happy hours, monthly concert, quarterly employee meeting, annual picnic, holiday parties, SXSW event, service recognition dinner, culture trainings and patent awards dinners• Work with VP of Worldwide Sales with the development of Quarterly Sales Meetings and Field Application Engineer trainings• Coordinate and maintain employee perks including neighborhood and corporate incentives, wellness and fitness classes, massages and concert ticket giveaways• Manage programs including wellness initiatives, kids club, recognition incentives and swag design, ordering, inventory and distribution• Design, edit and distribute internal communications globally via company email• Update and maintain content on the intranet• Drive charitable giving, in-kind donations and volunteer efforts• Organize Cirrus Logic team running and cycling groups• Process purchase requisitions through SAP, retrieve POs and service entry all invoices for events and MarCom group• Work closely with 3rd party vendors for graphics, promotional materials, signage, hotels, restaurants/caterers and more
