Physical Security Infrastructure Design and Planning:Designs physical security infrastructure for a number of different projects.Designed infrastructure for two eleven floor buildings, a perimeter fence, a security trailer and a security booth.Reviews the System Design Review, Preliminary Design Review, and Critical Design Review processes, as well as answers many Requests For Information and Requests For Comments.Completed several smaller GRFCE’s (government request for cost estimates), where I facilitated effective communication and collaboration among project managers and clients to engineer optimal and cost-effective solutions on a smaller scale.Implementation of Physical Security Design:Spearheaded implementation of several different projects; projects included an emergency call system, a street surveillance system, and several GRFCE projects, such as replacing switches and installation of the following: card readers, cameras, and computer workstations, among other physical security infrastructure.Managed lead times and effectively divided time between engineers and technicians for optimal efficiency.Operation and Maintenance of Physical Security:Collaborates with other engineers and technicians to operate and maintain the systems we design and implement.Created several Standard Operating Procedures in order to organize and store the information for future use by researching systems from the ground up and understanding how to integrate several different softwares and hardwares.

Nan Inc is a general contractor that works to build communities in hawaii and outer pacific islands through their various construction projects. I worked on a project to build a new middle school, easing the burden of student load in existing middle schools, and on a hotel renovation project, helping the local economy. Using AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu, was able to solve incomplete contract drawing by fabricating new design models (i.e.1.stair railing, 2. Wood Cap ) into existing projects. Improved timeline of projects through proper management of buyout and submittal information between vendors and clients by making sure materials were approved, ordered, and delivered on proper schedule. This included Requests for Information (RFI) RFIs, purchase orders PO, and submittals. Enforced OSHA Safety standards throughout several construction job sites, physically walking through and using oral communication, leading to zero citations during any OSHA walk through. Restructured entry safety management through written communication by making preexisting material more concise, improving efficiency on the job-site, making entry into the sites go from 25 minutes to 10 minutes. Maintained good working relationships with all old, new and current clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and others through daily written and oral communication.
