A center that provides basketball training, camps and programs for kids and teenagers, I started volunteering there in 2009 and began working there in the summer of 2013. I currently run basketball camps for grades 2-8 and am a head coach, running individual and group lessons for all ages and skill sets. In 2014, I was the head coach for the elite 6th.

As a student assistant for Walker Field House and the Athletic Department at Hamline University, I worked the front desk, answered phone calls, and assisted the various coaches with different tasks. These included but are not limited to updating recruit information, preparing recruiting letters, and updating website information.

Assist the Area Coordinator of the residential halls in their duties, including submitting work orders to facilities and managing the programming budget of the nine Resident Advisors. I also help supervise residents, the residence hall and review and respond to documents from Resident Advisors. Working in the residential life office as needed is also part.

Assisted on the Excel workbook remediation project team, as well as shadowed the Reverse Engineering Consulting team. Involved in the editing and development of remediated workbooks, as well as sat in with cash analysts to learn minor deal knowledge.

Oversaw a section of a residence hall that housed 22 residents on campus. This included creating programs for the residents, both fun and educational. Whether it was a pancake breakfast or bringing in a speaker, my role was to create community and keep residents engaged. I was also responsible for the programming budget, reporting back to the Area.

Chaska, MN

Sequel Corporation manufactures an extensive line of anodizing racks, discs and clips. I spent the summer cutting large sheets of aluminum into given dimensions using large shears. I also operated various small cutting machines.

Waconia, MN

Working in the kitchen at the nursing home, I helped residents fill out menus, and kept data on how much was eaten by each resident. I was also responsible for keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean.
