• Deliver the pre-written program to members over the microphone • Demonstrate, modify, and fix movements • Guide members through intervals of cardiorespiratory fitness • Create and maintain personal relationships to make each member feel welcome

- Examplify movement for members before each class- Organize the members so that they are safe to perform the movements in the daily workout- Encourage and lead the members through the hour-long class - Run evaluations that include; In-body scans, measurements, movement analysis, vertical jump, and anaerobic/ aerobic rowing tests.

- Pull out and organize the golf carts each day before rounds begin - Clean and park golf carts after rounds have ceased - Greet guest with a smile and assistance if needed- Prepare for tournaments- Clean and load up players' clubs following a round

- Explained and exemplified the workout and the movements associated with the workout for the day- Organized the members so the class could run smooth and efficient- Lead the class in an organized and efficient way - Critique and fix faulty movement patterns
