I delivered a major project which assessed the quality of housing stock in the neighborhood of approximately 15,000 dwelling units. Deliverables included a GIS database to spatially represent and analyze patterns of neighborhood successes, as well as blight and disinvestment. This reference data directly increased the efficacy of the organization's investment decisions. (In other words, with a limited amount of funding -- which streets were beyond saving, and which didn't need intervention at all?
