With over nine years of experience in mechanical engineering and product development, I am a passionate and driven program lead at Polaris Inc., a global leader in powersports. I have a strong background in managing complex projects, delivering high-quality products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. My mission is to create innovative and exciting solutions that enhance the customer experience and meet the market needs. I also own and operate Stratospixel Aerial Media, a FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured aerial cinematography business that offers tailored videos for film productions, advertisements, and events.As the program leader on the FTR platform, I am responsible for budget, schedule, product development reviews, BOMs, BOM cost, pilot build plans across three plants, scope change routing, program team meetings, incident reports, and more. I leverage my skills in timelines, product requirements, and product launch to ensure the successful execution and delivery of the MY24 FTR motorcycle, one of the most popular and award-winning models in Polaris's portfolio. Previously, I supported the launch of a new Polaris motorcycle manufacturing facility in Vietnam in 2021-2022, where I developed and implemented a test plan to ensure the FTR and Scout bikes produced in Vietnam were built to the same quality as the Spirit Lake, IA and Opole, Poland production facilities.
