This position supports the mission of the university and the Office of Admission Services by utilizing online experiences to promote Baylor to prospective students and communicate clearly the admissions process. This includes:Implementing email campaigns including content creation and design, usability testing, and distribution and analyticsManaging admissions website by creating new content, using web development tolls to enhance design, and running website analytics reports and providing analysisManaging the online applicant status portal and serving as the lead web designer

• Oversee all communications and marketing for Student Learning & Engagement 
(SL&E), Campus Living & Learning, New Student Programs, and The Academy 
for Leader Development, including multimedia and social media communications.• Develop a long-term marketing strategy and short-term marketing actions. • Write, edit, design and produce marketing materials including websites.• Serve as a primary liaison between SL&E and Baylor's Marketing & 
Communications and provide coordination to ensure all materials are consistent 
with Baylor’s marketing strategy.• Serve as the content strategist and web developer for SL&E and its sub- 
departments.• Produce customized marketing materials that profile and market our programs, 
including promotional materials.• Develop materials for the recruitment of student leaders.• Identify target markets and marketing goals for each department with measurable metrics.
 • Develop and manage a brand identity for SL&E that is consistent with divisional 
and institutional goals and values. • Conduct market research and identify best practices for using technology to 
enhance the attractiveness and accessibility of information.

• Develop needs-based marketing strategies to increase revenue through communicating the company’s competitive advantages to key target markets.• Develop and implement the company’s brand, integrating the brand through the customer experience including all processes of the company’s website, e- commerce partners (Amazon.com and eBay.com), customer service, sales, and technology (IT services and server technology). • Supervised the design and development of the company’s website user experience and user interface.• Assisted with new product selection, test, design, tooling, packing, marketing, and branding. • Oversaw all strategic marketing campaigns and promotions utilizing both electronic communications and print advertisement. • Supervised and implement Pay-Per-Click advertisement. • Supervised and implement Search Engine Optimization strategies.
