As a busser, I removed dishes and glassware systematically before wiping down tables, chairs, and booths to efficiently rotate out parties. When there was downtime, I performed side-work such as polishing dishes or utensils to prepare them for customers to use.As a host, I greeted guests as they walked in the door, and either directed them to the waitlist or led them to their seats, then communicating to the proper server which table was sat along with the party size. After a table was cleaned, I reset them with utensil sets. I also was responsible for answering the phone and scheduling any reservation, as well as any other questions the callers had.

Focused on my college education, then Covid hit and prevented me from finding a job.

Managed a project creating employee profiles for multiple departments. I met with and interviewed multiple people throughout the company while working closely with the Marketing department to develop a branded profile template. I was able to use those profiles to create biographies which were then used to introduce employees to prospective clients.

Created and streamlined the Accounts Payable Standard Operating Procedure Handbook along with a system and handbook for Unapproved & Rejected Invoices. Developed a Recurring Payments system through Viewpoint by Vista. Strengthened skills and knowledge in Accounts Payable and general Finance.

Led a team of 5 restaurant attendants and was responsible for training all new hires. Collaborated with hosts, runners, and servers to maintain an efficient and sanitary work environment. Quickly cleaned and reorganized tables while multitasking and managing the needs of floor staff in an effective and timely manner.
