Senior Director, Membership And Organization Development
Current• Serve as a trusted advisor to state Farm Bureau staff and leadership in all matters regarding membership and organization development.• Provide staff leadership and support for state membership growth including: o Develop and share membership recruitment training and resources o Develop and share relevant membership marketing resources o Develop strategies and resources for outreach to non-traditional farmers including urban farms and niche agriculture o Collaborate with teammates and other applicable staff and stakeholders to produce membership and organization development digital training content. o Build and maintain relationships with state staff working in related areas and serve as a resource to states in developing and managing membership programs. o Present programs related to membership at AFBF and state conferences. • Develop and implement networking and professional development programs for state Farm Bureau field staff. • Serve as state field staff liaison for organizational development and provide consulting support to stare Farm Bureaus with fewer than 10,000 members. • Promote existing AFBF resources to state decision makers. • Implement national and regional field services conferences. • Collaborate with accounting team to develop and manage budgets. • Assist as needed in all other program areas for which the Leadership, Education & Engagement Department has responsibility. (FUSION, Young Farmers and Ranchers Leadership Conference, Staff Institute, Convention, etc.)
