As a co-founder and CEO of KAYA, I had the privilege of working side-by-side with my extraordinary co-founders to transform our shared vision into a thriving, cash flow positive company. IPO'ed in 2019I provided analysis for the product team, built out visualizations and statistical models to help teams better leverage our data assets, and gave technical trainings to managers and directors on the use of our data visualization suite.Projects Include:- Evaluating the effectiveness of store credits given to customers and creating proposals around ways to better segment our customer base to increase ROI- Modeling the changes/friction points on the supply side portal of our website- found out that differences in messaging presented on our mobile site vs. desktop site led to an 15% increase in conversion.- Created interactive visualizations and dashboards on Looker, tracking conversion, revenue, and other KPI's for the Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Operations teams.
