About Austin Leefers
I have had a life-long relationship with agriculture. I grew up on my family’s corn, soybean and cattle farm in rural Central Illinois. Growing food has been a part of my life since I was old enough to pull weeds in the garden with my grandmother. I work to provide smallholder farmers with the same opportunities that US Farmers have: high quality inputs, technical expertise, and sustainable insurance that allows them to invest in their operations. This is a personal profile, produced in my own time and solely reflecting my personal opinions. Statements on this site do not represent the views or policies of my employer, past or present, or any other organization with which I may be affiliated.
