Welcome to my LinkedIn space. I am working in supply chain area particularly focusing on solution design and consulting. Over the past ten years, I have been utilizing modeling, optimization and simulation approaches to design or reengineer supply chain network, inventory, facilities as well as transportations for many leading companies across consumers goods, retail, healthcare, technology, automotive and industrial sectors. Currently I am working as Head of Facility Design at DHL China. My responsibility is to design and implement supply chain solutions to support BD, PM and OPS to achieve both operational performance and financial target. Prior to DHL, I spent five years in supply chain technology & consulting industry. I obtained a M.E. in logistics and a B.E. in automation. I believe true supply chain professionals should be thinking from big picture, acting with structured methodology and never neglecting practical details. (3) Miscellaneous: transportation routing, fleet deployment and order-to-delivery process; custom clearance and bonded operation etc.
