• Manage a team of geothermal resource and wellfield experts to support the geothermal operations and maintenance group• Provide plant and maintenance engineering support to site personnel • Prepare design drawings, technical specifications and scope of works for plant purchasing efforts• Regularly collect, process, trend, and interpret plant performance data, including that from the plant SCADA and other resources . • Perform routine analysis of the condition monitoring programs, inform management of found defects, and provide repair recommendations. • Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) of failed equipment, and recommend changes in maintenance practices in order to improve mean times between failures. • Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA's) on new and operating plants in order to implement reliability based maintenance practices.• Develop, implement and manage a vibration monitoring program for the North American Geothermal Power Plants • Develop a lubrication excellence program for the North American Geothermal Power Plants• Generate timely reports that highlight the current performance characteristics of the plants, likely sources of deviation from expectations, and the corrective actions that may be required. • Maintain detailed asset database including asset performance trends, and documentation of machine root cause of failure and corrective actions. • Provide training to plant personnel on condition monitoring and reliability based maintenance as required. • Work extensively with PI, Excel and Python to automate, process and report on relevant data • Work with data analytics companies to build an advanced condition monitoring solution for geothermal electrical submersible pumps (ESPs)
