Fire Support Coordinator for the 278th ACR. Responsible for a 20 person Fire Support Cell that synchronizes all lethal and non-lethal aspects of fire support and targeting. Advises the Brigade Commander on all aspects related to fire support. Executed training for all fire support elements in April 2014 and successfully shot digital sensor to shooter missions for the first time in 4 years in August of 2014 during Annual Training.

Smyrna, Tn

Commander of the Tennessee Army National Guard Officer Candidate School. Commissioned over 32 new officers. Responsible for the development, teaching, counseling of all officer candidates and overall oversight of the commissioning program. Lead a team of 8 TAC Officers/Instructors. Achieved a 100% evaluation by Fort Benning during certification oversight in June of 2013. Promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in September of 2013 and left command.

Operations Officer for the Regimental Fires Squadron of the 278th ACR. Responsible for overall plans and training of over 400 soldiers who will mobilize to the Iraqi Theatre of Operations. Upon mobilization unit deployed to Iraq and performed convoy security and base security with no loss of personnel. Awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for service in Iraq in addition to past medals of the Bronze Star and Purple Heart for service in Afghanistan in 2006.
