I am a senior (graduating May 2025) at Miami University's Farmer School of Business studying Supply Chain and Operations Management. Back in the suburbs of Cleveland, I started my own business at 10 years old. Over an eight year span from 2013-2021, my business blossomed into serving 50+ families across multiple counties in the realms of pet care, home care (lawn care, snow removal, etc.), and more. Starting in 2021, I garnered the strong reputation I built in my community and tailored my entrepreneurial efforts more towards my interests. I established Pristine Automotive Detailing during my senior year of high school and still run the business to this day. Along with the exterior and interior detailing element of Pristine Auto Detail, I also aid people in the auto exchange process. I sell clients' cars for them or help them buy a new car, providing buying advice and finding that perfect car at the right price. I use my automotive experience and passion for the industry to navigate the difficulties of dealerships and private sales on both ends of each sale. I hope to use my experience as an entrepreneur to employ my financial skills, communication skills, and adaptability into my career. Through owning and working for my businesses, I have developed a strong work ethic and a reputation for providing quality service in my community. I hope to gain valuable experience during my time at Miami both in the classroom and beyond that will prepare me to find success working in the automotive industry. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to implement my passion, cars, into my career and move back to my home of Detroit, Michigan. My dream came true this summer when I interned with the Ford Model e Team in Corktown, Detroit, Michigan as a Global Sales & Operations Planning Intern. I worked in a project management role to guide the revision and creation of the S&OP Ecosystem. In addition, I worked alongside another intern to identify process and communication gaps between the greater Global Supply Planning & Distribution department. Together, we ideated solutions to provide heightened departmental consistency through convenience and continuity. Feel free to contact me: murra133@miamioh.edu | (586) 707-5031
