I am an ambitious, hard-working, detail-oriented Automotive Engineer working for Ford Motor Company who is passionate about team collaboration throughout the entire, start-to-finish engineering process. I have a keen interest in engineering and optimization and have consistently pursued challenging activities, inspiring me to become more passionate and invested. I currently work on multiple vehicle programs for both Ford and Lincoln vehicles to improve total vehicle sealing and transport robustness. My work begins at vehicle inception and continues through the final prototyping and production of the vehicle. Collaborating with engineers doing design, analysis, cost optimization, as well as upper-level engineering management is a central focus of my position. I also consistently develop and deliver unique solutions by optimizing engineering processes saving time and budget. I believe that every process can be simplified without relaxing the high standard we hold for our engineering work. University Experience:At Principia, I have performed 3D modeling, prototyping, and machining, and utilized these skills while working on the University of North Dakota Formula SAE team and the Principia Solar Car team. My technical skills and leadership experience have taught me to clearly articulate and communicate my thoughts and ideas, which—along with other important competencies—make me an asset to any team.
