Inspired by the leisurely luxury of the Mediterranean coast and the 1960’s primetime of glamorous travel, the two-acre Leading Hotels of the World property is home to 149-guest rooms—inclusive of 50 suites; coastal Italian restaurant, Saint Bibiana; holistic fitness and wellness center, Saltgrass; kids program Camp Bardo; and a membership and social club, Club Bardo. The project is the flagship for the Bardo brand, leading the way for LEFT LANE’s expansion to additional high-growth markets over the next five years.- Oversee daily membership operations, including finance, property interactions, administration and club member satisfaction.- Manage the People Vine system, including modifications, updates, and financial reporting.- Monitor and manage club membership and property usage, member feedback and providing monthly reports.- Ensure exceptional club member service by promptly addressing members needs and resolving any issues that may arise.- Oversee the overall maintenance and administration of the club membership program including recruitment and retention.- Stay informed about current s industry trends and best practices for membership programs.- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
