I have been working in Small Business for a large part of my life, and as a Small Business Performance Specialist for well over 10 years. I focusing on all aspects of Leadership, Management and Marketing within those businesses, assisting them to lift their performance levels and also Personal relationship issues. Small Business is unique in that the Business Owner needs to be able to create a balance in being able to be all things to all people. Doing that and maintaining ones sanity is an art form and coaching is able to massively assist in that process. I help them identify and develop those areas in their business that would assist them to move forward better.Over my lifetime I have interacted with and learned from some extraordinary people and studied widely in a variety of disciplines. I offer this wisdom that I have accumulated to all my clients.Personal relationships, healing and growing them are a powerful part of my coaching. In business and personal life.I am now a Past President of the Queensland Branch of the International Coach Federation Australasia Chapter (ICF Australasia) having been President for 2011 & 2012 and Immediate Past President till May 2013. I have also held a position within the Board of Directors of ICF Australasia as Director for Member Growth for a couple of years. Also I was a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) within ICF, till I nursed my wife until her death disrupted my journey. in 2016Specialties: I sense a great depth in all people and intuitively work with that in our search for the real you and what is needed to stretch your business or your position within the business in which you work. I also believe it should be a non judgemental process, where we learn to observe ourselves and all we do an see them for what they are, ever learning from our past.
