As an Associate Sales Representative at Stryker, one of the world's leading medical technology companies, I leverage my field of expertise in exercise physiology and biology to strategically promote and sell Stryker IVS products to meet our customers' needs. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I value collaboration, diversity, and excellence in everything I do.In my current role I am responsible for covering vertebral kyphoplasties, vertebral augmentations, sacroplasty, tumor ablations, and radio frequency nerve ablations in OR, IR, Pain Management, and Surgical Center settings for all products in the Interventional Spine portfolio within the Super $7M+ territory of LA/OC. I have upsold doctors on IVS products before and during cases to have the best clinical outcomes for patients while increasing ASP for the company. Promoted IVS products, learning courses, and labs to doctors in order to grow sales and build relationships helping to flip MD’s from competitors' products to Stryker. I have helped strategize, plan, and facilitate residents and fellows programs to onboard new practitioners and familiarize them with the stryker portfolio securing the usage of Stryker products for our future doctors.
