• Lead and oversee the strategic execution of national and regional Sports and STEM Events for children of incarcerated individuals, in line with Prison Fellowship’s overarching Mission to “Encounter Jesus with those impacted by incarceration.• Manage daily operations of the Angel Tree Events team, including overseeing staff members, ensuring excellence in program delivery, and optimizing resources for maximum impact.• Develop and sustain national and regional partnerships to enhance the reach, visibility, and scalability of Angel Tree Event initiatives.• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, to drive promotional efforts and maximize the impact of events.• Establish and cultivate relationships with churches and local organizations to build robust support systems in key communities.• Coordinate compliance with local and state regulations related to athletics, events, and operations, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.• Spearhead post-event strategies to deepen engagement with church partners and caregivers, fostering long-term support for families.

Develop, plan, staff, train, & facilitate ministry events across the US, for children & caregivers of incarcerated individuals. We look to inspire and encourage kids impacted by crime and incarceration, along with their families through sports, STEM, mentorship, and connection to local churches/charitable organizations in their communities.
