Input Output is the blockchain research/engineering firm responsible for the creation, development, deployment, and adoption of the blockchain platform Cardano.I'm responsible for overseeing the successful integration of new enterprise customers onto the Cardano blockchain and serving as a customer-facing intermediary between the integration engineering team and the customer. The current customer focus is Dish Network/Boost Mobile, the Ethiopian Ministry of Education, and World Mobile.

I'm on the front lines of Google's efforts to deploy and maintain first-in-class private edge processing networks worldwide. More tactically, I collaborate with network architects, design engineers, infrastructure engineers, field engineers, and strategic negotiators as well as external construction and telecommunications vendors to plan, design, deploy, and maintain the edge network utilized by core Google products including Cloud, Search, YouTube, YouTube TV, and Stadia.

+Create scalable model to provide schedule, budget, and process control throughout the entirety of the market buildout.+Determine appropriate mechanisms to empower strong regional structure with appropriate support from centralized teams in Mountain View and NYC.+Oversee development of tools and systems to implement and support change management procedures across the entire Fiber organization. Extend launch processes from first to last customer served.+Program manage wide variety of stakeholders across the entire Fiber organization to fix process gaps, roll out new programs, and iterate with new deployment models.+Encapsulate learnings across launch process to incorporate into future engagement models.
