Began supporting the organization as a Lab Tech, followed by Executive Assistant, soon growing into various management roles including:Operations Project Manager • Successfully led various cross-functional operations projects including a “Go Green” initiative, inventory control, certification audits, contingency plans, and food safety programs. • Developed employee handbook, job descriptions, and procedures. • Acted as a change agent for various programs throughout tenure.Sales and Brand Manager • Led the sales team’s efforts to wineries, food and beverage manufacturers, and home winemakers. • Developed and implemented the business’ first marketing plan, building multiple websites and establishing a brand identity across multiple product lines. • Successfully launched two new product lines: (1) Flavor enhancement product developed specifically for food and beverage manufacturers; responsibilities included go-to-market strategy, promotion materials, pricing structure, and distribution. Collaborating with Eco-Conscious Food Marketing's Allison Boomer allowed us to scale the business and provided an incredible professional experience - we (non-exhaustive):• Conducted marketing promotions at various food shows throughout the US. • Established an online presence including e-commerce, refreshed marketing campaign, and championed retail displays - organizing and facilitating tastings at retail locations including Whole Foods, Sur La Table, and Williams Sonoma.• Facilitated domestic and international distributor relations.
