In conjunction with my full-time Business Analyst position with Clemson University's College of Engineering, I was brought onto this team to design/develop a comprehensive data analytics framework for a nationwide learning management system. While part-time, I am working on this project concurrently with my full-time role. Computing Operations and Research Enterprise (CORE) manages all of the users, applications, and related IT equipment for Clemson University's largest college. Upon completion of my Masters in Social Sciences, and the conclusion of my research assistantship with this same group, CORE curated this new position to effectively transform the operations of its service desk. This is a passion project that I had on the shelf for some time, but I have been gradually working on it since 2017. AskIT began as an IT startup in 2015, aiming to solve the "middle skills gap" for IT recruiters and businesses. As a licensed property and casualty adjuster, I have worked multiple contracts for catastrophes as well as hundreds of daily claims. Though I started American Adjusters in 2017, I first became licensed as an adjuster in 2008 for Hurricane Gustav.
