I joined Target Corporation after college and have since had multiple roles. As a Planning Analyst, I was responsible for planning key financial metrics in my business, such as AI and Turn goals, and ensuring inventory strategies can meet our sales needs. As an Inventory Analyst, I focused on allocation strategies for the chain and optimizing inventory flow. I was a supply chain inventory manager for three years and have been in Target Network and Operations Planning the last two years. I am also involved in Target Recruiting.
