I am a very hard-working, quick-learning, strong-willed individual. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Psychology and minoring in Business Administration. I have also graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a Master of Science in Education for Counseling degree to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), while currently holding a training license (LPC-IT). My passions lay in Mental Health and Photography. I believe these areas overlap quite well in multiple ways. More directly, photography, similar many other hobbies, provides a great channel for creative energy, as well as the ability to be outside and connect with nature. This is also an extremely important aspect of mental health! Indirectly, counseling and photography share the similarities of paying close attention to details and not overlooking the importance of the small things. Through my completed undergraduate and graduate studies, as well as a variety of job opportunities I have learned skills such as: Communication, Quick Learning, Detail Orientation, Time Management, Openness to Diverse Opinions, Mental Resilience, Positive Attitude, Self-Management, Teamwork, Creativity, Intentional Interviewing, Active Listening, Empathy, and many others. I greatly enjoy the opportunity to apply these skills through my current role as a Professional Counselor with Christian Family Solutions.
