Current- Finished 1st month as Inside Sales Manager at the single highest grossing month in Mitchell 1 Inside Sales Department history with each team member achieving over 100% to target at month end. -Drive department sales & objectives through training and coaching-Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, pricing, and policies-Conduct interviews & help in recruitment efforts to build a winning team-Plan, coordinate, and execute sales campaigns -Provide feedback & coaching to sales reps-Make reports on the team progress for upper management -Drive sales by holding sales contests & creating a positive & upbeat environment
