As a Senior Solution Marketing Manager at NI, I worked with offering managers and other company strategists to validate, and craft differentiated messaging that connects NI technology to market needs. I gathered technical and commercial insights through customer engagements and market research and delivered go-to-market planning documentation, including market assessments and other required planning documents. I created and delivered sales training and enablement, as well as external product evangelism through customer events, meetings, and presentations. I established the outbound message for prioritized marketing segments/audiences and acted as a thought partner to Product as a "voice of the customer," allowing the team to prioritize meaningful product roadmap development. I also partnered with the company's consumer product/content/marketing teams to pull through meaningful user-level enhancements into the business narrative and campaigns.

As a Staff Product Marketing Manager at NI, I was responsible for messaging, product positioning, and differentiation of the company's $400M flagship product line, PXI. I initiated sales plays for targeted upsell and cross-sell opportunities and created and executed go-to-market plans by focusing on target audiences, competitive landscape, and product details. I crafted messaging and content to support campaigns, which included sales enablement, product collateral, virtual and live events, web/shop experiences, virtual demos, and more. I owned product launch planning and execution for several products, involving tight coordination with R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing. I also conducted competitor research and stayed up-to-date with market trends to inform positioning and identify white space opportunities.

As an Application Engineer at NI, I was responsible for enabling customer success by supporting customers through both reactive and proactive support. I proactively assisted customers through the company's New Customer Onboarding Program, using probing questions to gather needs and requirements to better understand the customer experience. I enabled sales by creating and presenting a variety of high-complexity product demos to customers, showcasing key features along with those most relevant to the customers' industry. I also mentored ELP new hires by providing direct support oversight, coaching, and feedback.

As an Engineering Marketing Intern at Digilent (an NI subsidiary), I created and documented LabVIEW projects using Digilent hardware and produced content for Instructables and the Digilent blog. I acted as the primary contact for LabVIEW user experience testing for Digilent products and created and tested LabVIEW APIs for several Digilent products, including the Analog Discovery. In addition, I moderated the Digilent and LabVIEW MakerHub forums and created and presented projects at NI Week(2016 and 2017), a yearly conference hosted by National Instruments (NI)
