- Created core processes including the delivery strategy, role definition, delivery methodology, and role scorecard for a 350+ customer-facing Specialist organization with a global presence in AMER, APAC, EMEA, LACA, and Japan. - Created, owned, and maintained the Specialist delivery program strategy, role assets, delivery tools, enablement and training programs, and career development strategies to ensure best-in-class customer success teams were deployed and able to support our premier customers.
