Worked closely with a group of five early stage entrepreneurs participating in the Core City entrepreneurial development program to refine business plans, financial models and launch plans. Assessed institutional effectiveness of this non-profit business accelerator program and documented critical processes to ensure future success.

Worked with the company’s systems group to begin the build-out of the technical infrastructure in Salesforce.com necessary to scale outreach and support sales and account management.

Researched Medicare, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act and briefed sales regarding impact and opportunities. Expanded the sales organization's database of long term care facility prospects and optimized it for effective targeting.

Conducted extensive phone calls and field canvasing to discuss political and economic issues with voters. Organized events, trained volunteers and coordinated canvasing teams. Expanded and refined profiles in the campaign database and used the information to prepare call sheets and canvasing packets for other volunteers.

Worked with Controller to analyze account activity and produce accurate customer invoices. Assisted company managers with projects ranging from organizing legal documents to writing support documentation.
