Community Development Manager
CurrentResponsible for obtaining all entitlements including general plan amendments, tentative maps, Site Development Plans, Development Agreements, permits and final maps for all assigned projects. Works closely with city officials, consultants, and community action groups to ensure necessary public approvals. Represents the division at public hearings and related meetings. Reviews and maintains all schedules for project acquisition, planning, processing, and land Development dates. Coordinates with accounting, construction, and sales and marketing. Creates and monitors budgets, coordinates consultants in formation of HOAs. Company liaison with elected officials and agency staff. Responsible for negotiation of discretionary conditions of approval and all regulatory and private agreements necessary for project implementation.
