• Managed a team of Technical Web Producers and Program Managers responsible for the AWS Content Management System (CMS) used by 700+ content authors to publish content to https://aws.amazon.com.• Oversaw keynote launch and live stream support at all major AWS events (Summits, Re:Invent).• Drove content quality initiatives that increased author accountability and decreased the time to resolution for content issues on the website.• Led discussions with a third party service provider to implement a new training platform for CMS users. Secured additional budget from senior leadership, guided the project through security and legal reviews, and negotiated preferred pricing for Amazon (66% below normal rate). The new platform launched in June 2018 with 150+ step-by-step guides covering all aspects of content authoring and web production.• Shifted the team’s focus from daily operational tasks to value-added work by automating old tasks or enabling our stakeholders to do them self-service.
