- Lead and direct the activities of the Tasting Room team to achieve business priorities: consumer acquisition, membership-conversion, profit generation, and brand positioning.- Actively meet with influencers from other businesses to drive VIP traffic to the tasting room. - Manage daily business functions, including opening and closing procedures for each business day

- Actively market photography business for new opportunities, engage with clients to maintain healthy relationships, and strive to create lifelong, happy memories - Create financial statements and budget necessary for sole proprietor business operations

- Design and develop the Winegrowers of Dry Creek website, incorporating changes required by the winegrower association- Collaborate and plan with staff to ensure the association’s annual events run efficiently and without error

External Communications Director 2015 / 2016- Collaborate with previous Camp Taylor camp participants to establish the Young Adult Program for individuals ranging from ages 18-35 living with congenital heart defects- Create all external communications for Young Adult ProgramMentor 2010 / 2011 / 2012 / 2013- Help parents and families living with a heart defect understand life through my life story and answering heart related questionsCamp Counselor June-August 2013- Show youth through life stories and by example what is means to successful live with a congenital heart defect- Work Camp Taylor’s entire summer program (three consecutive sessions, each consisting of a seven day experience)Lifeguard June-August 2012 / 2013- Ensure pool area safety during all camp swim activities, as well as other social activities within the pool area.
