A team player at heart, I'm at my best when setting my colleagues up for success. Whether it's developing video games, troubleshooting computer systems, or more recently overseeing lifecycle management and process improvement at a computer OEM, I remove the technology and process hurdles that would hinder the team from achieving their best. Sustaining Engineering - At Dedicated Computing, I support our product portfolio by managing the lifecycle of the systems we build, from inception to retirement. The day-to-day includes a variety of responsibilities necessary to deliver a product that consistently matches customer requirements, such as component validation, asset management, resolving product escalations, and maintaining the tools and software used during manufacturing. I also work at improving our manufacturing processes, from writing and maintaining manufacturing work instructions to assisting in more fundamental changes in the production methods. As an additional duty, I also provide internal technical support for the manufactured systems. When system operation fails or doesn't perform to customer specification, I will analyze the fault and work with the production associate to quickly resolve the issue and limit impact to the pipeline.
