• Recruiting for top engineering candidates across the country. Partnering with candidates/hiring managers to provide opportunities within all civil and structural fields• Constantly networking to connect talent with the market in varying engineering environments such civil engineers, structural engineers, geotechnical engineers and civil/structural designers • Identify, select and recommend the best candidate for the client requirement • Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates • Manage and supervise current contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement employees and constant communication with hiring managers for feedback on the employees

Assisted in planning and executing interviews. This include creating interview schedules and securing supporting materials, assisting candidates with travel and accommodations, initial outreach, generate and draft offer letters, etc. Utilizes web-based applicant tracking system (Zoho) to maintain candidate data and reporting. Serves as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, as necessary. Took part in special project assignments to develop processes and tools for the recruiting team.
