Technical leader for multiple replication products, with particular expertise surrounding replication of VSAM and IMS data. Self-motivated and dedicated to the success of my team, I'm an experienced problem solver, accustomed to delivering software using Agile and continuous delivery and integration methodologies to ensure customer success.I also have experience with writing, enhancing, and maintaining a complex automated testing infrastructure that is written in Java and runs primarily on Windows servers.
