As the Assistant store manager I was responsible for the entire store, all of its products, up to 10 employees including 4+ managers. I recruited, trained and coached all employees on product knowledge, operations sales techniques, and customer service with a proven track record for maximizing sales potential. I was responsible for overseeing all shipments were processed quickly and efficiently, merchandising any new product out onto the sales floor. I was responsible for all daily operations as well as overseeing and completing all special projects in a timely manner. I was regularly expected to employ expert time management skills in order to ensure the store ran smoothly and all sales targets were met. In this role I also managed to be the top seller in the entire company, across 7 stores nationwide for the time I was employed. I was sent to open two stores while employed as well as help train any staff hired for these stores.
