Provided support and guidance to students on an XRP KIT-22230 project. Created a safe and welcoming environment for high school students to interact with ASU engineering faculty and students, fostering their interest in transportation-related fields. Ensured smooth operation and safety of students during evening hours by supervising dinner and evening activities.

Developed leadership skills aimed to promote inclusivity within engineering domains using diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training and examination of Fulton Student Organizations (FSOs). Networked and learned crucial engineering skills through workshops, lunch-and-learns, and a symposium. Collaborated with a team to work on a yearlong project producing two team deliverables and a presentation to stakeholders at the end of year. Worked on 27 deliverables individually throughout the year, developing and identifying leadership skills and applications to future leadership positions in the Ira A. Fulton college.

Managed eight different groups of around 30 elementary aged students over three semesters in a classroom setting. Also helped solidify relationships between CodeNinjas Chandler and three elementary schools in Chandler.

Managed spreadsheets with student and customer data, opened and closed the site, interacted with customers, handled tours, enrolled new students, and customer service. Coordinated with manager and guest speakers to set up events increasing student engagement and efficiency.

Taught block coding, Javascript, Python, C++, and Lua to groups, one on one tutoring, clubs, oversaw children from ages five to fourteen, updated parents on the progress of students, and handled tours.

Filed taxes, W-2 forms, and quarterly earnings during tax season and processed payroll for small businesses.
