• Delivering a successful loan experience for the customers- by collecting and reviewing documentation needed for loans to fund within seven days prior to underwriting. • Creating communication with other business partners through verbal contact or written contact such as underwriters, Processor, and other business team leads.• Managing pipelines 150+ of multiple loan officers to orchestrate successful plan for loans to fund. • Operating through I-Originate, I-Fulfill, and StatusMart.• Training new hires, creating lesson plans, sales workshop, evaluating performance and providing coaching. • Consumer Marketing Retention trained- Discovering needs for customers to keep credit cards, by discovering additional needs or benefits that the card could be used to help.• Selling customers with financial needs via Credit cards with balance transfers/direct deposits and building additional relationships within the bank. • Deepening relationships with providing other solutions the bank offers that suit customer’s needs.
