Photographing the property, Noting neighborhood condition.I also perform property title searches to verify the owner, and liens against property, and run a Comparable Market Analysis to determine the After Repaired Value, and figure out what a good price would be for acquiring the properties at auction.All of this information is presented to our Investors, who are looking to buy and flip houses, or build a rental portfolio.
