My responsibilities included independently coordinating events with up to 1,000 attendees while using my problem solving, communication, and organizational skills to execute a successful event. I have experience using Ungerboeck to create detailed event documents and experience using AutoCAD to design layouts of building spaces for set up purposes that are distributed among stadium staff members. I also served in various supporting roles for large scale events held at Lucas Oil Stadium that included being the merchandise vendor liaison for Monster Jam and NCAA MBB Regionals, point of contact for various Indianapolis Colts ancillary events in the stadium, and responsible for the distribution of parking passes.

This role included performing a variety of jobs such as collaborating with various departments to ensure the Green Bay Phoenix Athletic Department was functioning at a high level. I would assist the finance department by putting together expense reports from coaches, input check's into spreadsheets to organize the department budget, and communicate amounts with the universities Bursar's Office. I handled various administrative duties such as transferring phone calls and customer service requests. I took pride in being the first face people would see as they walked into the office and strived to be a positive light in someone's day.
