In my current role as a HOD - Training & Placement Department, I have designed and delivered customized training programs for students and industry professionals. My approach to training is focused on experiential learning, engaging participants through interactive activities and real-world scenarios.I hold double MBA degree and few certifications in NLP training. I am committed to staying current with the latest trends and research in the field of training and development.Outside of work, I am involved in writing.
