In this position I developed curriculum and wrote teaching materials for use in corporate, retail, and educational environments. I worked directly with companies to identify performance needs through task analysis and then designed performance-based learning in both online and in person formats. I maintained relationships with partner vendors for LMS.

In this role, I managed the implementation of Rand’s educational training staff and initiatives for the computer-based training (CBT) program for 32 North American offices. This included hiring and training the training sales staff, managing their professional growth, and developing sales training materials.
