The biggest gap of radically transformative software is not what software has the capability to do (it can already do so much), but the ability to implement this software based on a company’s individual needs and train users to understand the tools available to them effectively so that they are properly equipped and empowered. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology's capabilities and the personalization required to make these capabilities realizable making people happier and more productive.
