Within ACE in The Netherlands I'm responsible for recruitment and coaching of our engineers.I'm leading the recruitment team where we are looking for product developers, mechanical, mechatronic and automotive engineers (Bsc. & Msc.) for our business units:- Product Development- High-Tech Systems- Industrial Automation- Construction Technology- Automotive (BRACE Automotive)To make sure our engineers have the right personal development opportunities I also support our team with arranging and giving the right training and give 1 on 1 coaching sessions.

The business unit product development translates ideas and designs to real products. We work for renowned companies in various segments. These are innovative start-ups as well as major multinationals. In cooperation with our customer we will keep a close eye on the design intent, from the early start all the way to the release of the product. This project is done in cooperation with the University of Eindhoven, Frencken Mechatronics and VEDS.The aim is to design an affordable robot that other teams can buy in order to compete in this competition. Instead of making everything, the teams only have to focus on the development of the software.

I focus on the professional skills of automotive students to prepare them for their first real job after they are graduated. Topics were:- Communication skills- Presenting- Ethics- ApplicationAlso handled nearly 100 'Studie Keuze Check' meetings where new students had to explain why they want to study Fontys Automotive in Eindhoven.
