Delivers cross-functional new hire technical systems onboarding for client groups across all departments of the organization• Facilitates, and evaluates, courses on a variety of topics such as, communication skills, customer service, constructive feedback, working in teams, emotional intelligence, etc.• Prepares and facilitates technical tools (Outlook, MySource, managed care) training for new hires• Develops new courses, with a concentration in Business/Interpersonal skills• Converts traditional instructor-led training to virtual instructor-led training with comfort delivering content in multiple ways• Oversees participant communications and class participation• Responsible for all aspects of the classroom environment, to include preparation, delivery and outcomes• Conducts corporate-wide systems training classes• Develops evaluation process to determine program effectiveness and employee proficiency• Attends client staff meetings to maintain current knowledge of client issues and recommends possible training resolutions• Conducts research and analysis to remain current with managed care practices across all lines of business• Coordinates the maintenance of CareSource University course catalog and other communication tools• Researches developments in the fields of training, organizational growth, leadership development, and course design
