The inspiration for Neuro in a Flash (NIF) came from my own experiences and frustrations as a student in neurodiagnostics. I noticed a significant gap in educational resources and a lack of representation in our field, which motivated me to create NIF. My goal is to address these challenges by offering comprehensive educational tools and increasing the visibility of our profession.I am passionate about advancing our field and improving the student journey. Through NIF, I aim to help educators boost student success, improve institutional graduation rates, and ensure that both students and professionals feel seen, valued, and proud of their profession.
