Currently, I am supporting the Park Provisions team under the Levy umbrella at Providence Park. Park Provisions manages the food and beverage and retail at Providence Park, home of the NWSL Portland Thorns and MLS Portland Timbers. As part of a small HR team, my role as a coordinator encompasses a range of responsibilities from day-to-day team member support of our active 190 hourly part time associates, this includes onboarding, addressing payroll questions, data pulling, and ensuring compliance—to larger initiatives like policy development, writing and enforcement, recruiting for various departments including interviewing and coordinating the process with managers. Tracking and auditing non-profit forms for the groups supporting our operations to ensure location and state compliance is met, and assisting the HR Manager with any tasks needed for success.

I was part of the reopening plans for a cafe at the Nike campus, managing food budgeting, inventory, Kronos time cards, Micros POS systems, and maintaining compliance and employee files. I supported our HR department for the campus as being a presenter for the orientations, providing them with the information about our culture on campus and what we stand for and what to expect joining the team at LifeWorks, as well as provide the tools to meet expectations.

I staffed for Per-Diem nurses as well as on calls for health facility's. Health care facility's reach out to me and I would coordinate staffing for them when in need. I was on the after hours team and would handle late night/early morning calls.

As a team lead for a coffee stand, I maintained product quality and client satisfaction, managed weekly and monthly inventory, controlled costs, and ensured consistent team scheduling. My leadership focused on setting my team up for success, resulting in a productive and efficient operation.

I served coffee and work in the Cafe on the Nike campus while maintaining a coffee stand and providing a quality customer experience to our client and filling in where needed throughout the cafe.
