As an Executive Recruiter, I am responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent while meeting the staffing needs of all of our clients. I collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand what they need, develop recruitment strategies, and complete full-cycle recruiting. I provide stellar communication and help guide candidates to find their perfect professional match. I am always wanting to help you find your next career!•Complete candidate sourcing using various sourcing techniques such as networking, direct sourcing, job boards, and referrals to identify and attract candidates.•Manage all client relationships to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers or clients to understand hiring needs. Provide updates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top executive talent, including advertising campaigns and talent pipeline development.•Use negotiation and offer management during the offer process. Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process to ensure all parties are happy and excited about the role.•Provide excellent candidate experience through lots of communication, feedback, and assistance with onboarding.

• Manage portfolio of Job Orders across multiple high-volume projects. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key client contacts at all organizational levels.• Offering subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities and hiring strategies • Demonstrate industry knowledge and/or functional expertise.• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluation of candidate prospects.• Maintain individual activity standards ensuring high-speed, high-quality service delivery.

• Responsible for Associate onboarding paperwork and placement activities before assignment including I-9 and E-Verification process, drug screens, credit checks, background check and degree/bar verifications.• Proactively communicate onboarding information and updates with Associates and internal parties.• Assisted with projects and duties for Albuquerque office when needed• Served as back-up Operations Coordinator if/when needed for other branches.• Liaison between Associates, branch, and support departments such as Client Services.• Run client credit checks for new or current clients• Complete quality audits and other compliance requirements as assigned• Compiled, managed, and sent out weekly reports to colleagues including weekly rankings, placement reports, perm reports and weekly ranking reports.
