• Welcome customers into the restaurant and adhere to their needs, taking care of them from the second they walk in the door to the moment they leave, to ensure their best experience.• Distribute food and drinks to corresponding tables, even if they are another team member’s, performing for the restaurant and fellow employees so all flows smoothly. • Educate new employees on the proper way to perform around the restaurant by both leading and following them, advising what they can do better going forward or keep doing.• Demonstrate and encourage problem solving skills.

• Revise and create new website content, client handouts, and forms, by using Canva and MailChimp to develop youthful but mature and new designs.• Inform clients of new events or market information via social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) and use email to send out monthly newsletters, to keep clients up to date on not only the market but Alpha. • Initiate new marketing materials and thoughts to improve the overall brand.• Provide opinions on how to move forward, giving fellow agents and employees advice with corresponding materials.• Lead the company into new ideas for them to develop positive change to the brand.• Exude strong communication skills with owners and fellow employees on what I am working on and/or need from them for an action to be successful.• Advise against old ways that did not result in an increase in business for their company.• Present ideas in front of a group while also persuading the team on why we should move forward in such ways.
